2012 TONY AWARD NOMINATIONS

The 2012 Tony Nominations are dominated by Once, with a staggering 11 nominations.

Nice Work If You Can Get It scored highly with 10 nods coming in joint second with The Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess.

Peter and the Starcatcher, follows closely behind with 9 nominations, and 8 nominations go to both Newsies and Follies.

The Tony Awards is set to take place on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at the Beacon Theatre, honouring the best in live theatre performance.
